TerraWave Lighting stands behind the quality of the products and solutions we provide. For our standard product line, manufactured and assembled by TerraWave Lighting, we provide up to 7 years of warranty, subject to proper use, installation environment, and installation guidelines.

For products outside our standard product line, including custom-made products, special production items, or products supplied through selected suppliers and business partners, warranty coverage may be up to 3 years, depending on the product type, quality, manufacturer, usage conditions, and project requirements.
